What is the price of a delegate ticket?

A two-day delegate ticket costs £299 +VAT, but early bird discounts may be available. Please see the pricing page to find out more.

Please note, Therapy Expo is an event for professionals in therapy, exercise and rehabilitation. For those who work for a commercial company, you must pay the Commercial Delegate rate of £499 +VAT.

What if I register but can’t attend?

Bookings can be refunded up to 20 September 2025. There is a 25% service charge. Tickets may be transferred to a colleague at no cost and can only be transferred once. Transferring your ticket to future events is not available.

Can I book my ticket on the day?

Yes, you can register on the day both online or at the venue.

Where do I get the travel and accommodation information from?

When will I receive my delegate ticket?

You will receive your pass in the post or by email one week before the event takes place.

What is included in my conference ticket?

A delegate ticket includes access to Therapy Expo and the MSK Conference on both days, which includes the exhibition hall and all conference theatres. Session recordings can be purchased at an extra cost for £20 +VAT.

What will the conference programme cover?

The forward-thinking conference programme will provide current and comprehensive content for physiotherapists, sports therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, soft tissue therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical training instructors, sport rehabilitators, exercise rehab instructors and MSK healthcare professionals.

The speaker faculty is made up of acclaimed sector professionals who will provide you with core skills and understanding on essential, need-to-know topics, as well as tips and techniques to improve your practice.

Can I use my attendance for CPD? When will I receive my certificate?

Yes. Therapy Expo and the MSK Conference are CPD certified and you will receive an attendance CPD certificate up to 6 weeks after the event takes place. All delegates attending sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.

If you don't receive your CPD certificate 6 weeks after the event, please contact us.
