Registration enquiries

What happens after I register? 

Once you are registered, you will:

  • Receive a confirmation email with your registration code and receipt.
  • Be the first to hear about programme and speaker updates.
  • Get exclusive news and discounts from our exhibitors.
  • Your badge will arrive in the post and by email one week before Therapy Expo takes place.
  • If you do not receive your badge, you can easily print your badge when you arrive at the registration desks.

What is the price of a delegate ticket?

Please visit the Pricing page to find out more. Early bird rates are available. The sooner you book, the more you save!

Members of partner organisations receive further discounts on registration. Use the promo code provided by your association when booking; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please note, Therapy Expo is an event for professionals in therapy and rehabilitation. For those who work for a commercial company, you must pay the Commercial Delegate rate of £499 +VAT.

How can I pay my registration fees?

We only accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and Solo. Please note, that all fees need to be paid in full at the time of registration. If you have any issues registering, please contact Delegate Relationship Executive, Kshitij Gupta, at k.gupta@closerstillmedia.com or +44 20 8618 4888

if you need to pay by another means including BACS, please contact Kshitij to arrange an invoice to be sent. 

What is included in my delegate ticket?

Registration includes full access to the exhibition hall and all conference theatres.

Can I book a one day pass?

What if I register but can’t attend?

Bookings can be refunded up to 20 September 2025. There is a 25% service charge. We will not reimburse you for any expenses that have incurred in relation to the event. 

Tickets may be transferred to a colleague at no cost. Transferring your ticket to future events is not available.

Can I book my ticket on the day of the event?

Yes, you can register on the day both online or at the venue.

When will I receive my delegate ticket / badge?

You will receive your pass in the post or by email one week before the event takes place. Alternatively, you will also be able to print your badge on arrival at the registration desks. 

I require special assistance, what can I do?

NEC Birmingham aims to be fully user-friendly for all delegates with access needs. Please visit the website for further information. 

Can I use my attendance for CPD? When will I receive my certificate?

Yes. Therapy Expo is CPD certified and you will receive an attendance CPD certificate up to 6 weeks after the event takes place.  All delegates attending sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.

If you don't receive your CPD certificate 6 weeks after the event, please contact us.

I purchased the session recordings. How do I access these?

If you purchased the session recordings, the link to access these has been sent to the email address you used to register for your event ticket.

Will presentations or recordings be available for purchase this year?

Yes! Available to pre-booked delegates only for £20 +VAT, this means you can consolidate what you learn and experience anything you miss. Please contact the team at therapy_expo@closerstillmedia.com to book. 

Are exhibitors collecting any personal data?

All delegates badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organisation, and e-mail address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned by exhibitors.

Are there cloakroom facilities?

Yes! The cloakroom opens 30 minutes prior the event opening and close when the event closes. Items are charged at £2 per coat and £3 per bag. Unfortunately, NEC Birmingham is currently unable to offer overnight storage lockers or 24 hour cloakroom facilities.

Will there be hearing loops available in the conference theatres?

Yes, we will be providing hearing loops in all theatres at the event.

What food and beverage options are available?

NEC Birmingham has plenty of options to cater for all tastes. Please visit the website to find out more. 

You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but please no alcohol. 

Is there any WIFI available?

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout NEC Birmingham for light web surfing. We advise downloading any large files before arriving at the event.
