Mahin works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and Independent Prescriber specialising in Pain Management. He has a special interest in helping people develop non-medication strategies, whilst reducing the long-term use of medications, such as opioids, facilitating the journey towards their individual goals. Mahin values the importance of educating the public and health professionals on our contemporary understanding of chronic pain and the different ways to manage it. This led to him becoming a Flippin' Pain Community Pain Champion and starting his own YouTube channel, 'The Wellness Puzzle', where he talks about pain, health and lifestyle. Outside of work, Mahin enjoys cricket, coffee, CrossFit and traveling to new places.
