Heather McFarlane has a 40 yr service history in healthcare with wide ranging experience in NHS Trusts, Dept of Health, private sector, research and education organisations. Her current role as an AHP Consultant in the Public Health Agency, Northern Ireland, has a strong focus on inclusion health. Heather was awarded a Churchill Fellowship (2023/24) to explore the potential role of Allied Health Professionals in reducing health inequalities, visiting New Zealand and USA to meet health innovators and build networks to share knowledge and good practice.
