Gemma Puzas graduated with a BSc (hons) Degree in Sports Therapy in 2002. Alongside her degree, Gemma also gained experience working at Enfield Ignatians RFC, Enfield Grammar School and AFC Bournemouth youth team where she provided both pitch side first aid, taping, strapping, sports massage, injury treatment and rehabilitation. After gaining valuable experience running her own private practices for 20 years, Gemma now owns and manages CoreFit Health where she is passionate about injury prevention, treating chronic low back pain and getting people moving more. Gemma plays in a local netball league, coaches an U14’s girls football team, and is dedicated to supporting women in business.
