GP with Extended Role in MSK Medicine,
Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust
I currently work as a salaried GP in Mid Sussex and as a GP with an Extended Role in the community pain service for Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust .
I originally trained as a doctor at UCL Medical School, gaining a degree in Psychology during this time, before training as a GP in Brighton. I developed an interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine, working as a clinical commissioner for a number of years as well as undertaking further training.
I have a keen interest in medical education, having qualified as a GP trainer I have worked with several organisations including Red Whale, Versus Arthritis, and the MACP delivering courses nationally.
I was previously Vice-President of the British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine and am now the Clinical Lead for Diplomate Members of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine (FSEM) supporting accreditation and interdisciplinary education.
