Anne Flynn originally trained in Physiotherapy and Health Promotion and previously held the post of Equality lead within the National Lottery Community Fund. Anne currently manages a team which provides quality improvement and business support to services, including Rheumatology, within the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. She has completed the Scottish Improvement Leader programme and supported a number of rheumatology quality improvement projects over the years.
