What is the Poster Zone?

We are thrilled to reintroduce the Poster Zone for 2024. This unique opportunity allows you to earn recognition by showcasing your research to thousands of peers at the UK's foremost event for therapy professionals.  

Chosen winning posters will be featured digitally during the conference in a rotating slide presentation. Additionally, winners will be invited to present their work live at the event.  

Who can participate? 

Attendees of both Therapy Expo and the MSK Conference are encouraged to participate by submitting a poster.  

Submissions are welcome from a broad range of professionals and organisations, including those from the NHS, integration authorities, voluntary and partner organisations, as well as public and private sector entities.  

The audience for these submissions will encompass a diverse group of healthcare practitioners, such as MSK physiotherapists, allied health professionals like podiatrists and osteopaths, nurses, paramedics, dietitians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, advanced practitioners, first contact practitioners, medical doctors specialising in sports and exercise medicine, general practitioners, orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, pain specialists, sports and exercise therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and soft tissue therapists. 

What are the categories?

The winning submissions will be decided according to the five award categories:  

• Best Primary Research Award 

• Best Audit Award 

• Best Poster Award for a Graduate Professional 

• Best Poster Award for a Vocational Professional 

• Best Poster Award for MSK Conference delegates, covering the theme ‘Health Inequalities: Closing the Gap’, detailing how collaborative efforts within the MSK community can effectively address disparities and inequalities in MSK health 

How do I enter? 

First, download the GUIDANCE DOCUMENT to assist you with the production of your Poster Zone submission abstract. You will then need to download and complete the SUBMISSION FORM [HYPERLINK] and submit your entry to: therapy_expo@closerstillmedia.com. The submission deadline is Friday 25 October 2024. 

If your abstract submission is successful and selected, we have put together a template to help you to create your final poster design. Please note that this is not a mandatory template and creativity is always welcomed, but remember posters should be portrait in design.
