Patients with highest levels of deprivation have earlier onset of musculoskeletal and other long-term conditions like obesity, heart disease and depression leading to significant lower life expectancy and quality of life compared to their less deprived peers. 

This session will explore the future of integrated community musculoskeletal care and consider how we can provide interventions that can create improvements across a range of outcomes by utilising the key principles of population health management, co-production, a biopsychosocial approach, and personalised care and support planning.
