This session will explore the mistakes, reflections, and learning on the journey to implementing digitally-enabled care within Connect Heatlh - the largest provider of Community MSK services. With a need to harness the potential that digital solutions bring, doing so in a way that is inclusive and minimises the risk of widening inequalities is crucial. This participative session will explore innovations implemented to date and the process that brought about their implementation alongside reflecting on lessons learned.
