Combining the principles of functional anatomy with skilled soft tissue work (or touch) we can unlock an almost endless array of strategies to assess and mobilise the shoulder while integrating it with the whole body in motion.
Attendees will come away with new soft tissue skills, an enhanced sense of functional anatomy, and be empowered to create novel treatment strategies.
- In this short hands-on session, we will explore how to:
- 1. Work comfortably with clothed clients.
- 2. Use full body movement to educate clients about their body.
- 3. Create exercises and mobility homework that incorporate movement that make sense to the client.
