A practical, interactive demonstration offering valuable insights how we can make Massage, Manual and Movement Approaches better tailored for individuals with hypermobility. Bonnie Southgate, a widely recognised specialist in hypermobility syndrome, will draw not only on current evidence and her extensive clinical experience, but also on findings from her recently completed Master’s research in Dance Science.

This session will outline the dos and don’ts of working with hypermobility, equipping therapists with the clinical reasoning and treatment strategies to be more effective while empowering clients with greater agency and self-efficacy.
